Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products start at just 100 units, making it easy to launch or test a new design. Volume discounts kick in as your quantities grow.
Every custom box carries a one-time setup: a cutting die is made for your exact structure, the press is calibrated to your artwork, and colours are matched before the first sheet runs. A minimum order quantity, or MOQ, simply spreads that fixed setup across enough units to keep the per-box price reasonable.
Why 100 units is our starting point
We set our floor at 100 units on most products because it is low enough to launch a new SKU, test a design in market, or supply a small drop without committing to warehouse-filling volumes. It keeps the barrier to a fully custom, branded box within reach of early-stage brands while still absorbing the tooling and print setup.
How quantity shapes your price
Because setup is a fixed cost, the more units you print the less each one carries of it, so your per-unit price falls as volume rises. If you are close to a breakpoint, ask your specialist for a tiered quote — sometimes ordering slightly more lowers your effective cost per box and leaves you with useful backstock.
