Can I get a custom size and design?
Absolutely. Every order is made to your exact dimensions and artwork. Our design team will provide a free dieline and 3D mockup, and we can send a physical sample before your full production run.
Custom means custom. Rather than forcing your product into a stock size, we build the box around it — right down to the millimetre — so it fits snugly, protects better and uses less void fill.
Designing around your product
Share your product's dimensions or send us a sample, and we will engineer a dieline with the correct clearances for inserts, wrap or padding. A right-sized box improves protection and cuts both material and shipping cost.
Seeing it before you commit
You will review a 3D mockup of your exact design, and we can produce a physical sample so you can hold the real structure and finish. Only once you are happy does the full run begin.
