Refund and Returns Policy

At Custom Box Center, we strive to provide high-quality custom boxes and packaging solutions. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Products
All of our products are custom-made based on your specifications. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they meet the criteria outlined below. Please double-check your order details, including dimensions, colors, and artwork, before submitting your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide proof of the damage or defect, such as clear photos.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will remake and ship the defective product at no additional cost to you.
- Refund: In certain cases, we may issue a partial or full refund based on the extent of the defect.
Order Cancellations
Once your order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order before production starts, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that are already in production.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to process. Any shipping costs associated with returning the defective or damaged product to us will be covered by Custom Box Center.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer Errors: Incorrect product specifications provided during the order process, including wrong measurements, artwork, or colors.
- Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for orders where customers change their mind after the order is placed.
- Minor Variations: Slight color or material variations due to screen differences or production processes are not considered defects.
Exchanges
As all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for different products or sizes. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same product, provided that the claim is valid.
How to File a Claim
To file a claim for a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@customboxcenter.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.
We will review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours with a resolution.
